HSNEI offers assistance for spay/neuter surgeries, pet surrenders, lost & found pets, and courtesy posts and a link to Adopt a Pet's Rehoming Application.
HSNEI is also partnering with organizations to offer services in neighborhood locations. At this time, we offer Microchip and Nail Trim Clinics in 1 or more neighborhoods in all 5 counties.

We provide this service for residents in the Northeast Iowa Counties of Allamakee, Clayton, Fayette, Howard, and Winneshiek.

We understand that parting with an animal can be difficult, and we're committed to working with you to ensure the best possible solution for you and your pet.

When we do not have housing available at the shelter, there are other options that are less stressful for your pet.
